Terms of Use

Adult and fictional service

You must be at least 18 to use ISHQ AI. Companions are fictional AI characters, not humans, professionals or emergency services. Replies may be inaccurate and should not replace medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, exploitation or sexualization of minors, threats, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, hateful abuse, fraud, attempts to bypass safeguards, or attacks on the service. Content intended for sexual gratification or explicit imagery is not provided.

Your content

You retain rights in the messages you submit and give us permission to process them solely to operate, secure and improve the service. Do not submit confidential information you do not want processed by an AI system.

AI output and availability

AI output is generated probabilistically and may be wrong or objectionable. Use the in-app Report action when a response is unsafe. Features, limits and availability may change, and service interruptions may occur.

Accounts

Keep credentials secure and provide accurate age information. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms. You may permanently delete your account from the app or request deletion on the website.

Liability and changes

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance where required.
