Request account deletion

The fastest option is in the app: open Privacy & memory → Delete account, confirm your password, and the account and associated data are deleted.

If you cannot access the app, submit the email used for your account. We will contact that address to verify ownership before processing the request.

Data covered

Deletion covers the user profile, authentication tokens, conversations, messages, companion memories, reminders, notification tokens, photo-usage records and reports linked to the account. Limited security records or encrypted backups may remain temporarily where legally or operationally necessary.
