Privacy Policy

ISHQ AI provides fictional AI companion conversations for adults. This policy explains the information used to operate the service.

Information we collect

• Account details including name, email address, password hash, date of birth and consent records.
• Messages, companion choices, saved memories, reminders, safety reports and photo-usage counters.
• Device notification tokens and basic technical logs needed for security and reliability.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate you, generate and retain conversations, personalize companion replies, deliver requested notifications, enforce safety and usage limits, investigate reports, prevent abuse and maintain the service.

Service providers

Conversation context may be processed by our AI infrastructure provider. Firebase processes notification tokens and delivers push notifications. Hosting and database providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Account information is retained while the account is active. You can clear companion memories separately or permanently delete your account in the app. You can also submit a request on our account-deletion page. Security records and encrypted backups may remain for a limited period where legally or operationally necessary.

Safety and age restriction

ISHQ AI is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Safety reports may be reviewed to improve filters and investigate misuse.

Your choices

You may access conversation history in the app, clear memories, remove reminders, disable notifications, report AI responses, or delete the account and associated data.
